Salt Shed Design & Parking Lot Upgrades

B. Thayer Associates was contracted to provide design services and utility coordination as part of a drawing and specification package for a salt storage facility and parking lot upgrades. The project required obtaining an Article 25 Tidal Wetland permit from the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation due to the proximity of the proposed salt shed to a delineated Tidal Wetland boundary. Upon obtaining final design approval and gathering all of the necessary permits, our firm assisted the Village with construction related services including: shop drawings, submittal approvals, vendor correspondences and required inspections.
