In conjunction with the upgrade of the Port Jervis Denitrification Building, this contract also involves architectural services to retrofit an existing wastewater pump and processing building into a dedicated and expanded administration building. The project includes the complete renovation of the first floor to incorporate a conference room, operations offices, locker rooms, sample prep room, and maintenance and electrical rooms. Scope of services also includes:

- Presentations to the Public Design Commission
- Advanced Design Development
- Construction Documents
- Construction Support Services
Our goal has been to accomplish significant interior and exterior renovations, while retaining the original building aesthetic and it’s relationship to the architecture found within the rest of the facility.
