Package 9 Mid-Day Storage Facility.

Work included architectural design for the 20,000 SF Yard Services Building housing the Transportation Administrative Offices and employee welfare and training, Yard Control Tower operating theater, Signal Maintenance systems, Car Appearance Maintainers and third party support functions. Site improvements include site security fencing, controlled access gates, 45,000 SF of parking and landscaping.

Package 25 Arch Street Yard & Shop.

Work included the architectural design for the 68,000 SF Maintenance of Equipment Shop, 12,000 SF Engineering Support Building including 4 MW Substation, EIC Support and Welfare building and a 1,000' elevated work platform with canopy structure and support shelters, security fencing, controlled access gates, sheltered HazMat containment area, parking with grade crossings. Architectural work included Facility Staffing Analysis, Major Equipment Requirements and General Arrangements, Code Compliance Reviews, Construction Cost Estimates and DB Specifications.

Grand Central Station.

Structural design includes preliminary phase design of the platform structure, emergency stairs, elevator shafts and utility room ceiling slabs as apart of the underground train station.
